alla tartare di salmone e cipollotti

(io uso le Olivia e Marino)
100 gr. di salmone
affumicato
un mezzo
cipollotto
il succo di mezzo
limone
basilico
Olio di oliva
Sminuzzare il
salmone, tagliare sottile sottile (ma veramente sottile) la cipollina e aggiungere al composto in una
tazza un poco di olio di oliva e il succo di mezzo limone (magari filtrato),
quindi il basilico. Lasciare a marinare per una decina di minuti, quindi
servire sulle schiacciatine.

100 gr. smoked salmon
half spring onion
the juice of half a lemon
basil

This is a great starter, fast to prepare (and then, salmon is good).
Chop the salmon, cut the spring onion thin thin (really thin) and add it to the mixture into a cup, with a little olive oil and the juice of half a lemon (filtered), and basil. Leave the mix to marinate for about ten minutes, then serve on focaccias.
