Pasta alle patate e pomodori

Ingredienti per persona

100 gr di pasta integrale
1 pomodoro
1 patata media
1 cipollina
Parmigiano grattugiato qb
Erba cipollina
brodo qb

Fate bollire la patata per 20 minuti per intenerirla, poi preparate un soffritto con olio e la cipollina pulita e sminuzzata. fate soffriggere per 1 minuto, quindi aggiungete il pomodoro pulito e tagliato a dadini, la patata sbucciata e tagliata a pezzi, infine la pasta. Lasciate insaporire per alcuni minuti, infine aggiungete l'erba cipollina e il brodo: la quantità giusta è tale che la pasta risulti appena coperta. La pasta deve cuocere nel brodo per assorbire l'aroma degli ingredienti: quando il liquido è stato assorbito, potete servire con Parmigiano grattugiato.

1 spring onion
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Chives
Broth

Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes, then fry the cleaned and shredded onion in oil for 1 minute; add the cleaned and diced tomato, the peeled potato, cut into pieces, and the pasta. Cook for a few minutes, then add the chives and the broth: the right amount of broth is such as to just cover the pasta. The pasta has be cooked in the broth to absorb the flavor of the ingredients: when the liquid has been absorbed, you can serve with grated Parmesan.

Ragazzi!
Domani partiamo per Vienna! Non andiamo verso i miei amati laghetti bavaresi, ma siamo vicini! Sarà una gita a base di Sachertorte, Principessa Sissi, palazzi, walzer e tante cose belle da vedere! Anch'io voglio ringraziare tutti per l'affetto mostrato alla mia "principale", che, veramente, in questi ultimi tempi, aveva molto bisogno di coccole. Ed io ho provveduto, evidentemente....Tutti abbiamo provveduto e possiamo esserne orgogliosi! Adesso devo svolazzare in camera da letto per andare a finire la valigia (sapeste che fatica! Ah, se non ci fossi io!). Baci e Auf Wiedersehen!

Guys!
Tomorrow we leave for Wien! We do not go to my beloved Bavarian lakes, but we're close! It will be a trip based on Sachertorte, Princess Sissi, palaces, waltz and so many beautiful things to see! I also want to thank everyone for the affection shown to my "boss" that, really, in recent times, needed much cuddle. And I have cuddled her, evidently .... All of us, we have pampered her and we can be proud of it! Now I have to flutter into the bedroom to go and finish the baggage (what an effort! Ah, if I were not here!). Kisses and Auf Wiedersehen!
