La notte è il canto, The night is song,
la notte è il sogno, the night is dream,
la notte è il silenzio, the night is silence,
pieno della musica di te; full of the music that is you;
la notte è il trillo the night is the trill
dell'usignolo, the trill of the nightingale,
che vola alto, flying high
infine libero; finally free;
la notte niente the night nothing
mi può togliere da te. can take me away from you.
